Is There Any Warranty for the Products? |

| Yes,
Styleend.com offers free 6 Months warranty for all our computer,
computer accessory and speaker. |

How Long is the Warranty? |
|

| Most
of our products are warranted to be free from manufacture defects
for a period of 6 Months from the invoiced purchase date. For
example, if you buy the computer case on Jan 1st, 2004, the warranty
will be expired on July 1st, 2004. |

What Does the Warranty Cover? |
|
|
|
| |
| The
Limited warranty covers the system, components, and In-House labor
for the entire 6 Months period. Most of the others items carry
a minimum 6 Months repair or replacement warranty. Warranty on microprocessors
and memory modules that have been mishandled or damaged is voided.
No refund is allowed. |

How Do I Get the Warranty? |

| If
your product is under warranty and need to ship back to us, you need
to email us at rma@styleend.com
for the RMA number. Then you can ship your product with the rma number.

Do We Collect any Service Charge? |
|
|

| No,
we do not collect any service charge, but handling fee may apply.
For the item shipping, we split the cost with customer. The customer
pays for shipping to Styleend.com and Styleend.com pays for the shipping
back to customers. No restock fee will apply to exchange product. |

Where Should the Product Go To? |
|
|
|
| |
For
warranty products, please ship to the address: 450 W Longden Ave,
Arcadia, CA 91007. Please ship using a carrier that provides a tracking
number and proof of delivery. We recommend UPS and we also recommend
our customer to buy shipping insurance when they ship their product
back to us. Styleend.com will not be responsible for items lost
by the carrier. Valid proof of delivery must include the e-mail
that we send you. For the ship back, Styleend.com prefers to use
the shipping address that customer sign up for the account. If customer
needs us to ship to a different address, please email us at webmaster@styleend.com
or sales@styleend.com. The
accuracy of this address is the responsibility of the customer.
All exchange will be shipped via UPS ground. We accept FPO, APO
address, but expect a 3 to 5 days delay from USPS. Sorry, no P.O.BOX
and outside USA delivery.

- All
returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
- Software
is absolutely non refundable. Software can only be purchased with
System or Hardware only.
- All
component returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking
fee of 15% or $25, depending on the value of the item, and all
non product related fees (shipping, handling, and insurance) are
not refundable.
- Warranty
on microprocessors and memory modules that have been mishandled
or damaged is voided. Only those items that are determined to
be free from damage will be exchanged or refunded.
- Warranty
does not apply to physical damages.
