Can I Return the Product? |

| Yes.
Styleend.com offers a 14 days return policy to most of our products.
The time period is in between the day you receive the product to the
day you email use for the RMA number. If customer decide to return
the product, you need to email us at rma@styleend.com
for the RMA number. We suggest customer to save the RMA number request
email for any future inquiries. The RMA will be issued and returned
by phone call or email within 24 hours. Then you can mail the product
with the RMA number to us. If you do not get reply email from us until
the next day. Your should send the request email one more time or
call us at 206-350-2951. RMA numbers are valid for a period of 14
days and then voided. Any RMA returned to us with a RMA number past
the 14-day period of validity shall be refused and sent back to the
sender. Styleend.com does not accept any shipments without a valid
RMA. Some products will be labeled "No Return". All unauthorized
returned products would be refused to the sender. And Software is
absolutely non refundable. |

When Do I Get the Money Back? |

| After
we receive your return product, we will check if there is any damage
on the product. If the product is physical damaged before it is shipped
to us, we will send the origanal item back to the customer and customer
need to pay for both way of the shipping. Or otherwise your product
will not be shipped back by us. And the product is not returnable.
If the product is damaged during the shipping, customer should contact
the shipping company. We suggest our customer to buy the shipping
insurance. Styleend.com will not be responded for all physical damaged
of the product. If there is no physcial damage and your product is
still within the 14 days return policy, and shipped to us within 14
days after we release the RMA number to you, then we will send you
a confimation email. After that, we will send you a check of your
refund money to your shipping address within 30 days. |

= Return Material Authorization. All returns and exchange item requires
a RMA number. If customer decides to exchange or return the product,
you should email us for the RMA number. It is recommended that all
returns be made via a traceable carrier such as FedEx, UPS or Certified
Mail as Hugebee.com is not responsible for items that are misdirected
or lost or damaged in shipment. RMA numbers must be legibly listed
on the outside of the carton. |

Return
Shipping and Addressing |

all the return and exchange product, please ship to the address: 1068 Arcadia Ave #A, Arcadia, CA 91007. Please ship using a carrier that
provides a tracking number and proof of delivery. We recommend UPS
and we also recommend our customer to buy shipping insurance when
they ship their product back to us. StyleEnd will not be responsible
for items lost by the carrier. Valid proof of delivery must include
the e-mail that we send you. For the exchange ship back, Styleend.com
prefers to use the shipping address that customer sign up for the
account. If cusomer needs us to ship to a different address, please
email us at webmaster@styleend.com
or sales@styleend.com. The
accuracy of this address is the responsibility of the customer. All
exchange will be shipped via UPS ground. We accept FPO, APO address,
but expect a 3 to 5 days delay from USPS. Sorry, no P.O.BOX and outside
USA delivery. |

Product will not returne for full credit. There is a 20% restock fee
apply for all return product. Handling fee and Shipping charges are
non-refundable. Customer pays for the return shipping to Styleend.
For all the exchange items, we split the shipping cost with the customer.
The customer pays for shipping to StyleEnd and StyleEnd pays for the
shipping back to customers. No restock fee will apply to exchange
product. But handling fee may apply. |
